Soccer Update

I talked about the soccer program at the boys center in a previous post, but we've had some exciting developments. It is still the highlight of many of the boys during the week and now instead of playing in a cramped room they get to go to a soccer field outside with grass! There is a group that goes in the morning and another group of boys that get to go in the afternoon. The boys and staff pack into tuk tuks and head to the field once a week. Ryan got to go once because his classes were cancelled--he had a blast! The boys later asked "where is Lion? (People often have trouble making the R sound in his name)."

Yvonne and I took a break from doing paperwork recently to go see some of the soccer action, thus the pictures below.
